We were charged in full for a stay we were unable to use, as we never checked in to the hotel. We contacted the hotel promptly to inform them of our emergency situation, and we were assured by staff that a refund would be issued. Unfortunately, we have yet to receive the refund. Furthermore, the staff we communicated with were unprofessional and provided inaccurate information regarding the return of our payment.

Amazing hotel! Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Property was so calm quiet and peaceful. Very very clean hotel and spacious. Highly recommend anyone going for a quiet get away and to just relax. It has pivate pool & beach. Its breakfast options were amazing! Spoilt with choice! I cant recommend enough and i would always go back and stay here. Its family friendly too. One of the highlights is the location—right next to Souq Al Wakrah and the beachfront. This place is a gem. Immaculately maintained with superb staff and great amenities. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were simply outstanding.. My only gripe is to pose the question as to why anyone thinks playing 'Pop' music over the PA system at the pool adds anything to the ambience I simply found it irritating after a while ... otherwise we would go back tomorrow .. Superb !
