It was beyond amazing all the staff very polite very friendly the room was inmaculate the food was great, Llhom from Uzbekistan was phenomenal and very attentive also the manager of room coordinator he’s from Mexico was outstanding great service great host!! Pool which is main feature of this property was not working. They did inform me after I booked my stay. They also had made arrangements with Habitat but it was not the same. I was hoping they would some how compensate me for inconvenience but they did not. other than that a great property and great staff
