Rotana - accommodation in Al Rayyan

The rooms are big and spacious, with beautiful décor. Each room has its own walk-in dressing room with plenty of storage space. The breakfast was good, although the service can be slow after around 9:30am, especially at weekends. The SPA facilities are good, but they are spread across four floors, which can be quite inconvenient. The swimming pools are also all 1.5 metres deep, so they are not really suitable for young children. Half board includes breakfast and dinner. Dinner is from 5pm to 11pm, with a set menu rather than a buffet. This is a great option, as the food is excellent. You can choose between Latin American cuisine on the 5th floor and Chinese cuisine on the 44th floor. The front-door staff and housekeeping team are excellent. Most of the hotel staff are very friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. Check-in is not as smooth if you arrive during the night or early morning. The experience is not quite the same as checking in during the day. Overall, our stay was great, and we would definitely return.

All is okay but nothing special like u can find in doha

I stayed at this facility for my 12 hour layover at Doha and it was the best money spent! It’s very convenient for transit passengers like myself with in room dining service, quiet & dark rooms for sleeping & wake up call service. I felt to refreshed on my long haul connection flight after my stay here.
