Room was nice and spacious but they hadn't cleaned any of the outside chair and tables situated on the balcony. The balcony door handles were in poor condition. Breakfast wasn't a great selection and not entirely tasty. The location is a bit further from the highlights of Dubai

I stay in this hotel very frequently, however during my last stay i encountered an experience that no loyal customer should face. When i was checking in, the reception was checking room for ma and he asked the other employee if he can offer upgrade, and other person said "No Needed, it was annoying to hear that. Not to mention i always got curtesy upgrades almost every time i stayed i never asked. The attitude was very wrong... It's not about upgrades it about keeping a loyal customer happy.

My only complaint was my air conditioner was working over time ... but management had it fixed quickly. This location is premium! Every direction you turn, you could find shops and restaurants! The Mall of Emirates is five minutes walk!

Great location with easy access to groceries, restaurants, and taxis, though it's on a busy street. The hotel is directly across from a mosque, so expect early morning calls to prayer. The room was spacious but could use some updates—especially the bathroom, which had no window or ventilation and showed signs of mold. For the price I paid, it was a decent stay overall. However, avoid buying the luggage sold in the lobby—it’s overpriced and poor quality. Mine broke as soon as I arrived at my destination. Definitely not worth the price.

The apartment was big and had lots of room. The beds were very comfortable but the couch was a little hard. It is about a 15 minute walk to Mall of Emirates or a 12 - 14 AED per taxi ride. There is lots of space for self-parking right underground. The staff were not the most helpful but it didn't affect our stay at all. There are lots of little shops, pharmacies and restaurants right outside of the place. I would definitely stay again because it is so convenient and was a good price.

Nice hotel, had good experience over 1 week. Room service provided daily. Appreciate the luggage assistance during check in and out. On cons, default internet speed is terrible ( you have to pay extra for higher speed) and hotel has no convenient parking space in front comoared to the hotel just beside it. Becomes an issue when getting in and out with taxis. There's traffic congestion in the area especially in the evenings, so driving is not fun. There are grocery and lots of restaurants and small eateries in the area with varying price levels for everyone, which is great.

The front desk are not welcoming at all and not helpful in anyway. The experience was not good, toilet not clean properly and also link in the kitchen area. The breakfast not great , honestly it doesn't worth the price.
