Customer service was amazing! The staff were always friendly and ready to help! They greeted us everytime we passed. The hotel was very clean and close to everything you need! Great stay!

Not a great experience!

Everything was fine until the morning. No shower gel in the bottle. Shampoo felt gritty, dried my hair out! Luckily the conditioner worked! Hair dryer didn’t work in any outlets. Breakfast was horrible! Especially the scrambled eggs! Who eats green eggs that have been cooked in several teaspoons of salt?! That has was NOT appetizing! The bacon if that’s what you want to call it, terrible! Really disappointed. This is most likely my last time staying here.

I appreciated the adequate breakfast, climate control that worked, and a comfortable bed. The room was spacious. That said, the reservation was switched from a room with a king bed to two queens without communication or my approval. I checked in shortly after 3 pm and brought this to the attention of the front desk as soon as I discovered the error. They said they couldn't do anything to help, as all the rooms with king beds were taken. In addition, since it was the weekend there was no manager available to speak to about this. I was offered a drink at half price for the inconvenience. Really? I had made the reservation weeks in advance, so losing what I reserved is poor business practice. I would not recommend staying here unless you are flexible enough for a change from what you reserved. I am very disappointed with this kind of service.

I was in Canton for the funeral of a dear friend. I chose Hyatt because of the shuttle offering. Every aspect of the facility was above my expectations. The shuttle and the drivers was a Godsend. The lobby area was attractive and spotless as was my room. I was impressed with the cleanliness and space. The bathroom was amazing! Outside, the trellis roses were a beautiful touch. What a nice stay in spite of the sadness of the occasion.

The staff here was excellent! Korie on the other hand was beyond excellent. Had a hiccups with our room when we checked in but the staff corrected it and made it better. 100% would stay here again.

In-room soap dispenser was empty (or not working?). The pool is great; but towel cabinet was empty. Overall, the hotel is very nice, but housekeeping needs more training/attention to detail. We'd stay there again, because these were just minor inconveniences.
