The ice machine was out for my entire stay, and the pool was not only out of order, but empty. The staff was great, but it's hard for their hospitality to overcome some of the other issues. I was also twice forced to park in the street as there was no parking available.

The hotel provided a hot shower and a bed. If you wanted anything above those standards, this is not the place for you. To the broken phone, the tv that worked sometime, the wasp nest in between the window and screen or mold in the ac unit. Not to mention both side doors to exit the building that didn’t even shut, providing zero security protection. Oh and if you are a light sleeper the freeway noise will keep you tossing and turning all night. The staff was excellent and super helpful!

We were pretty disappointed with our stay in Canton. The hotel was under renovation, which I get is important but there was no place out front to park to check in. Our room had gum stuck to the carpet and the TV did not work.

The breakfast was excellent. Some of my favorite shops are nearby including TJ Max, Home Goods, Talbots and Sketchers Outlet. The bed was AMAZING comfortable. On the downside, the TV channel selection was very limited, which frustrated my husband, and the coffee pot in our room was broken. We will be back!
