Fantastic holiday home with plenty of opportunities for indoor and outdoor activities in a wonderful location, just 200 metres from a beautiful sandy beach.



At the centre of home life is the large living room with dining area, TV, wood-burning stove and heat pump (which can also cool). Cooking is a pleasure in the open-plan kitchen with wine fridge. The house has four cosy bedrooms equipped with wardrobes and clothes rails. The bathroom has comfortable underfloor heating. There is also a study, a guest toilet with underfloor heating and a washing machine in the house. One of the many highlights of the house is the games room, where you can compete at the pool table. In the outbuilding there is a sauna, tumble dryer, high chair, cot incl. duvet, pillow and cover for junior duvet, umbrellas, picnic baskets, cool bag and blankets as well as many other utensils for a successful stay.



The house is surrounded by trees. The south-facing terrace is sheltered from view and equipped with lounge furniture and sun loungers. You can sit in the shade of the tree and enjoy the fresh air while reading a good book. There are also various outdoor games such as basketball, garden chess, swings, table tennis, table football and darts - a wealth of entertainment options await. When it gets dark, you can enjoy all the cosy light sources that are placed all around. The atmosphere here is almost southern, and you can hear the sound of the sea between the trees. On the terrace you will find the beautiful and well-equipped outdoor kitchen, which has both water and drainage. A charcoal and gas barbecue as well as a pizza oven are also available here so that you can prepare meals outdoors. Relax in the hammocks and on the fully covered, cosy terrace. In the evening, you can switch on the patio heater or bake stick bread or marshmallows at the campfire site in the house. There is a shelter in the garden. The house has an outdoor hot tub (from April to October) for wonderful moments of holiday wellness and an outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off the sand after a trip to the beach.



Sømarken is a popular holiday home area. Guests describe the area as peaceful and idyllic. There is a smokehouse just 100 metres from the house. In summer there is live music and barbecues. The harbour is just a stone's throw away from the smokehouse. Here you can often buy freshly caught fish for the barbecue when the small fishing boats come in. 300 metres from the cottage you will find Café Slusegården - enjoy the walk through the forest and visit the beautifully preserved old Slusegård watermill and trout pond surrounded by beautiful nature. You can follow the river and walk through the varied landscape. Here you can also meet the farm's friendly sheep. In the café you can buy coffee, Bornholm beer, pancakes and other delicacies. You can also visit the Christmas barn. If you want to go for long walks, jogging or mountain biking, take the path along the coast to the east, which will take you towards Dueodde.
