This exceptional property guarantees unforgettable vacations. The villa spans two floors. On the main level, an entrance hall leads to a kitchen with a pantry and a spacious 80 m² (861 sq.ft) living room opening onto a terrace with a sea view. The sleeping area features four suites ranging from 16 to 22 m² (172 to 237 sq.ft), all with a bathroom or shower room, three of which have sea views.

On the garden level, you'll find a huge TV lounge, a children's playroom, and two sea-facing bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. A shower room and WC are also available. At the back, there’s a large laundry room and two staff rooms. The outdoor space includes a heated swimming pool (15 x 3 m) and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.
