Great location and stylish property

Easy to walk to Aix old town, but on a peaceful cul-de-sac. The house was fabulous with everything you need. Just take all the insect repellent you can carry.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful stylish home with all mod cons, close to all amenities. Gorgeous clean pool, great wifi and underfloor cooling all added to our enjoyment. Christine and Max (the hosts) live very close by and are always on hand, not that we had any problems! Highly recommended and we’d love to return.

We stayed at Villa Cezanne in June 2026 and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautifully designed, with a thoughtful layout that made it comfortable and relaxing for our stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and there was plenty of storage for clothing, which made it easy to settle in. Even though the weather was quite hot during our visit, the house stayed pleasantly cool.Melanie was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. We had trouble locking the front door one evening (completely our operator error!), and even though it was late at night, she quickly responded and patiently walked us through how to use it.We especially appreciated the private parking, which made coming and going so easy, and the gorgeous pool area was a wonderful place to relax after sightseeing. The only suggestion we have is that it would be helpful to leave a brief welcome guide for guests with information about the nearest grocery store, gas station, and a few recommended local restaurants. That would make settling in even easier.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Villa Cezanne to anyone visiting the Aix-en-Provence area.

House was very good. A couple of the doors needed repairing. There were no instructions left at house for oven barbecue etc. Lady who opened house for us did not speak a lot of English so instructions difficult. Ten minutes walk to centre so location was excellent although uphill on way home. Pool was good. Kitchen was very well equipped if you wanted to cook

Fantastic house a short walk from the city centre that families will love

Refurbished to a high standard, with four bedroom (we only used two) all with en-suite bathrooms. Our kids loved running around the pool and playing in the garden. Off-street parking on-premises and with security (electric gate) was reassuring. We would be delighted to stay at this property again and appreciate our hosts, who live next door but left us alone for the duration of the stay.

Great stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The Villa is a perfect distance from the old town. We are big walkers and did not need a car. We shopped at the markets for amazing fish, meats, cheese and then brought it back to the Villa to cook and enjoy the outdoor pool and barbecue. The kitchen is very well stocked too! The beds were nice and firm. Plenty of pillows and towels. We stayed a week but we should have stayed for two! The hosts were very warm and kind. Overall, a great stay!

Lovely house walking distance to Aix En Provence

Great house, lovely location, helpful owners who were on hand to advise us and communicate with us. The house is near the town so we didn't have to use the car at all during our stay which was great. The walk to the house is a bit uphill but no problem for anyone who is reasonably mobile. We travelled with three children, the youngest of whom was 9 years old and she had no problems walking. Pool was great and everything was spotless.

Absolutely fantastic house in amazing location

We had an amazing holiday in this gorgeous house. Living space was perfect, with everything a family could need. That included two coffee machines for adults and Wi-fi for kids! Lots of room indoors and a beautiful garden and pool. The house is five minutes walk (we didn’t bring a car this time) to nearest supermarket and bakery and less than ten to the centre of Aix itself. Overall a perfect home for a perfect holiday. We will return! Thanks

Beautiful house in a wonderful location

The accommodation surpassed our expectations in every way. Fabulous house, with everything we needed to make it a very comfortable stay. We loved the open fire, with the owners thoughtfully providing the wood so we could get the fire roaring straight away. The location was wonderful, in a peaceful street with lots of privacy, yet within walking distance of the centre of Aix. This is truly a lovely place to visit, with so much to do and see in the town itself, and in the immediate area. The sun shone for most of our visit so we were able to take lovely walks in the area around the Mount Saint Victoire. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this beautiful part of France.

On a vraiment aimé ....

Moments magiques

On a adoré.
