It is a charming townhouse (80m2) on 2 levels, 3 km from the city center.
Free parking is available in the subdivision.
Southeast exposure.
You can have lunch, have a drink on the terrace in the garden equipped with a tent on the facade to keep cool, a barbecue, a table and chairs and deckchairs.
A commercial area nearby (200 meters).

In front of the house you can take the bus to get to the city center in 15 min. (1.20 €).
The house is fully equipped for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room not to mention a ground floor air conditioning and an internet connection.
Bed dimensions: 160X200 and 140X190. Each room is equipped with a wall cupboard and a chest of drawers.
You will enjoy full accommodation minus a room (the third). Two rooms are at your disposal.


Depending on your day of arrival I will be present, otherwise someone will be there to welcome you.

Fantastic journey!

My wife, two daughters and I very much enjoyed the place; it is in a perfect location for visiting Aix-en-Provence. The house is clean and everything was as advertised. Florence, the owner was out of town, but left contact information to many family members and friends in case we had issues. Merci Florence pour une tres bonne experience, un jour nous retournerons!

Tout confort !

Agréable semaine passée dans cette maison tout confort et située dans un quartier calme. Le joli jardinet avec terrasse est un vrai plus et l'accueil de Florence est très spontané, naturel et chaleureux. À l'occasion, nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir.
