In the villa there are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor . All rooms have air conditioning. One has a bathroom en suit (with a bath and two sinks).
There is a common bathroom with a huge shower, a toilet, a bidet and two sinks.
Also on the ground floor you will find a sauna with a shower.
There is a separate toilet with a sink and an urinoire.
On the ground floor there is a laundry with two washing machines.
In the living room there is a big corner sofa with electric recliners and a sofa in front of the fire place.
A 3 m wide projection screen with a sound system is at you disposal allowing to watch TV channels, DVD or connect your devices thru Chrome cast.
Living room has air conditioning.
Upstairs there is a Master bedroom with a private bathroom and a nice open terrace. (Jacuzzi with a great view, a shower, a sink and a toilet and bidet). There is air climatisation in this room.
Kitchen has a dining table with 6 chairs an island with a sink and a built in erator.
There is an induction cooker and a big oven.
A big american fridge with an ice maker and a filtered water dispenser.
In the kitchen you will find a big TV with a lot of channels.

Outside the kitchen there is a big summer terrace with two big tables, 4 benches with 3 chairs, a comfortable sofa and a coffee table where you will be most likely spending evenings enjoying fantastic lightings of the pool and the garden as well as magnificent night sky of the South.
The summer terrace has a unique appearance and a great view on the pool, garden and the natural park on the hill. No vis a vis.
Barbecue running on gas and 3Sonos speakers are at your disposal to listen to your favourite internet stations or playlists.
Guest house which is next to the pool has a bedroom with a private kitchen and a bathroom. There is air conditioning in guest house. There is also a sport gym with a rowing machine, elliptical and fitness trainers, table tennis, table football, table hockey. Facing the pool a seperate toilet and a shower .
Around the pool and in the pool itself there are lights installed which are totally remotly controlled . The are 3 deck chairs and garden furniture on a wooden deck surrounding pool. The pool is also suitable for aquafitness activities. You have 3 aquatrainers (aquabike, aquarunner and an aqua elliptical trainer) at your disposal.
Behind the guest house there is a zone of "olive" relaxation. A great place to seat in the evening with light bulbs on the olive (remotly controlled), a hammock, garden furniture and a fire place. There is a Sonos speaker which allowes to fully relax to you favourite station...
Garden is huge (11 000m2) with a fantastic vineyard and fruit trees. You are welcome to taste fresh eco apples, cherries, apricots, figs, grapes, peaches, pears and even pomegranates and persimmons depending of the season.
At the entrance of the house there is a large parking space and a fountain provencale.
The entrance groupe - pines and the fountain have night illumination.
The garage and the basement are reserved for personal use of the owner.
