There were excellent fitness facilities available; very large and beautiful pool for swimming which I very much enjoyed. Large workout areas, well equipped. I had a wonderful massage as well at the spa. A few suggestions to elevate the experience, small touches that make a difference and are noticed by those who are well traveled: provide workout towels at the gym; provide robes and slippers at the spa. Ensure that spa attendants check the refreshment area regularly. I was there on Saturday afternoon and after an hour went for water. There were over a dozen dirty cups piled up and no clean ones. I had not seen an attendant at all. I went to the front desk to request a clean cup and the attendant was busy texting on her phone -- not a good impression. Once I asked for a clean cup she did come and check the area and removed the dirty cups but really I should not have had to ask. Black out or thicker night drapes would be good for bedrooms as at night I could easily be viewed by those coming out of a room in hallway across the way. They were going in and out and I was a little uncomfortable with that. The restaurant (at night in any case) needs a bit of work as the food is not great. I ate there one evening and did not want to eat there again. Generally, the staff was friendly and responsive. Probably should be clear with cleaning staff and others about phone use--I returned to my room when cleaning lady was there. She was completely engaged in a phone conversation.

The perfect stay

We, a family of 4 with 2 teenager, stayed for 5 days at Le Set in 2 separate rooms. We were all very positively surprised about the quality og the hotel - everything was new, clean and nice. The sportsfacilities were all super nice. All the staff were extremely service oriented and always with a smile and helpful. The pool area was the best - with a bar and restaurant and good atmosphere. And if you like to shop - both Aix-en-Provence and Marseille is very close. We will for sure come back!!

Yes getting to the property is a mission in itself and getting to the rooms at night could be hairy, but overall we enjoyed the facility and service. Having a car is imperative.

Good resort outside city center.

Excellent service from the hotel staff. The rooms are new with comfortable beds, nice rooms. Really enjoyed the stay. The pool area is nice and clean with good space for privacy. The restaurant in the pool area could be better, will not go there for food. The breakfast buffet was very good. However you will be dependent on car to reach the city centre.

Avaliação sincera do Lê Set Hotel Para começar, isso não é um hotel, é um apartamento com serviços de hotelaria. A classificação está incorreta e induz ao erro. Pra quem gosta de esportes é ótimo. O “hotel” não tem uma entrada adequada: o acesso se dá por quadras de tênis e vários corredores até finalmente chegar aos quartos. A limpeza deixa a desejar. O serviço de quarto é ruim. Éramos em 4 pessoas e eles sempre colocavam toalhas pra dois ( issso é, quando colocavam) O quarto é até grande, mas mal distribuído e mal planejado. No banheiro, não há suporte para shampoo nem sabonete, o que é extremamente inconveniente. As fotos no site são enganosas. Mostram a piscina (ok, ela existe) e o interior do quarto (também ok), mas não revelam o acesso confuso e o restante da estrutura simples demais. O café da manhã é fraco, com pouquíssimas opções. Não há alternativas para celíacos nem veganos, o que mostra total falta de preparo para atender públicos com restrições alimentares. Além disso, o local fica a 16 km do centro da cidade, ou seja, longe de tudo. Não há nada por perto que justifique chamá-lo de “bem localizado”.

It’s a beautiful facility, but if you’re not golfing, playing tennis, or going to the spa, it is a little too far from the City Center in Aix en Provence. The hotel does not offer any shuttle to or from the airport or into the city center, so it’s either Uber or Bolt, which can be pricey if you are staying longer than a few days. Christian was amazing. The biggest complaint I had, was not being able to get anyone on the phone. It was a concern especially for safety reasons. Communication was through email and it was not immediate. Sara at the Spa was also amazing. Wish the hours were longer for the Spa, but understand. All of my tours were based out of the City Center, so in hindsight, I don’t think this was a good choice for me as a solo traveler. Also, the restaurant has a limited menu.

L' hotel è senza dubbio eccellente, dotato di ogni sorta di intrattenimento sportivo, ottima piscina, spa, sauna e molto pulito. Purtroppo abbiamo notato particolari che in un **** stelle dovrebbero essere più monitorati. La colazione non l'abbiamo trovata sicuramente all'altezza della categoria, per due volte abbiamo dovuto chiedere gli asciugamani. Eravamo in tre e ne trovavamo per due o per uno. Nulla di sconvolgente, ma per un ****c'è da pensarci. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.
