Disappointing room in very nice town.

Hotel has no reception or staff on site. Room booked for two people but set up for one. Getting extra towels etc a mission. Toilet "door" was like on an old western bar, swinging half size barriers Pub next door a bonus.

No staff on site, everything was arranged through text or phone call, we were just given codes for entry by keypad. The rooms were very basic, no tea or coffee making facilities or water in the room. The hotel was advertised with parking but the only parking available was in a multi storey car park with a 1.9m headroom which was no good if you had a camper van or van, it was very difficult to find parking spaces in the street.

Parking is not included. Don’t pay extra for breakfast. Check in the owner was quite rude and impatient. When asked about parking she provided me a spot for $35 euro a day and when asked about street parking she got defensive. Turns out street parking was free on the exact same street. Get breakfast anywhere else in town and get 3x more value.

The hotel was conveniently located to the center of town. I didn’t like the cold concrete floors, the dingy towels, the fact that our WiFi only worked in the lobby, the high cost for parking and the crummy coffee for breakfast.

Arrivée à 19h40, un accueil pas vraiment sympathique. "ah ba on allait fermer, je vous ai donc encaissé" les arrivées sont possible jusqu'à 20h d'aprÚs hÎtel.com. Chambre sans électricité dans l'entrée, de nombreux poils, poussiÚres et saletés présent sur le sol et sur les draps. Une clim disponible dans la chambre avec un message indiquant de ne pas l'utiliser... 35 degrés dans la chambre. Un bruit de canalisation. Vous vivez literallement avec vos voisins de chambre.

Nous avons rĂ©server mais lors de notre arrivĂ© on a oser nous refuser l’entrĂ©e en nous expliquant que nous avions eu un e-mail de prĂ©vention alors que JAMAIS aucun mail ou SMS n’a Ă©tĂ© reçu. On allait dormir dehors!!! Accueil dĂ©sagrĂ©able et sans professionnalisme. Je souhaite ĂȘtre dĂ©dommagĂ© des km parcourue jusque cette itinĂ©raire car nous avons dĂ» faire demi tour. Si je n’ai aucuns retour de votre part je passerais obligatoirement par la justice française. Heureusement pour nous un autre hĂŽtel a su nous expliquer les erreurs commise par cet hĂŽtel Ă©tant donner que la carte de paiement Ă©tait accepter pour la rĂ©servation ainsi qu’aucun mail prĂ©venant le refus de notre rĂ©servation n’a Ă©tĂ© reçu, ils n’avaient donc aucunement le droit de nous refuser la chambre.

All was ok, except a sad and expencive breakfast and the fact that there was not a real door to the bathroom/toilet, only a hanging one. Makes it not so pleasant to og to the toilet when traveling With someone....
