Welcome to our charming 38 m² accommodation, ideal for enjoying the lively atmosphere of Aix-en-Provence city centre.

Located on a pedestrian street, it offers easy access to the city’s many shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. It is just a few steps from the Town Hall Square and its famous market.

Nestled on the 3rd floor without a lift, in a building in the historic centre.

Our accommodation includes:

A living room: a warm and welcoming space with a sofa bed, television, desk and Wi-Fi included in the price. The windows are double-glazed.

A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, washing machine, oven, all kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave and Senseo coffee machine.

A bathroom: equipped with a shower and toilet.

A bedroom: with a large double bed and storage space.

All household linen is provided: sheets, tea towels and towels.

Upon arrival, you will find the following essentials available for the start of your stay (starter kit, not replenished):

Perfect location in the heart of the town

Stayed one night for visisting. Location is great.It is obviously noisy at night, as advertized and expected given the location. People looking for a quiet envrionment will probably want something different.It's also in a very old building, so it is not designed for modern functionality, which should also be expected.The management is very nice, professional, and reactive to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Prime location, right in the center of Aix, around the corner from Place de la Mairie. You can’t beat the location. The owner and management company were very responsive. Since there is no AC fans are provided, which is very helpful. Please note the apartment is located on one of the busiest streets in Aix for nighttime eating and partying. If you want to sleep with the windows open it’s quite loud until about 4am, especially on weekends. The shower is very small and it’s a bit tricky to get in and out of it. Overall we had a good stay and again, if you don’t mind being on a loud street in exchange for being in the heart of Aix, this is a good spot.

Very well located in the heart of the centre near shops and food outlets. This however means it’s very noisy especially at night. . The streets are cleaned daily so the area is very clean. Locals are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend in hot weather as no air conditioning which was not ameliorated with fans that get very hot in hot weather. However any issues were very quickly sorted by the hosts so this was welcomed. Good value for money you get what you pay for.

Possibly the most run-down and unappealing flat I’ve rented in my years on Abritel (now VRBO). There’s a nice refrigerator but most of the furniture and fixtures are circa 1980s or older. The bathroom is a disaster. I observed nne of the little details that signal that the host cares about anything other than maximising profits. There are a number of vacation rentals in the building, which is not being maintained.
