Welcome to our charming 45m² apartment, perfect for enjoying the lively atmosphere of Aix-en-Provence’s city center.
Located on a pedestrian street, it offers easy access to the city’s many shops, restaurants, bars, and attractions.

Just a few steps from the Town Hall Square and its famous market, the apartment is nestled on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a historic building in the old town. A few extra steps will lead you to this comfortable and convenient pied-à-terre.

The apartment includes:

Living room: A cozy space with a sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi included in the price. The windows are double-glazed.

Open kitchen: Fully equipped and connected to the living room with a counter, stovetop, all cooking utensils, kettle, microwave, and Senseo coffee machine.

Bathroom: Equipped with a washing machine, toilet, and shower.

Bedroom: Features a large double bed, storage space, and a small desk area.

Upon arrival, you will find a complimentary starter kit for your stay (not replenished):

Laundry detergent and cleaning products
2 rolls of toilet paper and shower gel
Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 dose per person)
Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Access to the apartment

By car:
Aix-en-Provence’s city center is mainly pedestrian and the street is in a lively area. We recommend parking in a nearby public car park.

Closest options:

Parking Rotonde (about a 5-minute walk)

Parking Bellegarde and Parking Carnot, also within a few minutes on foot.

The most economical option is Parking Relais Brunet, located 3 km away (approx. €3.50/day including car parking + bus transport to the city center).

By bus:
Aix-en-Provence’s main bus station is well served by the local and regional bus network, with several lines going directly into the city center. From the station, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the apartment.

By train:
If you arrive by train, from Aix-en-Provence TGV station you can take a shuttle to the Aix-en-Provence bus station, then walk or take a short bus ride to the historic center.

The apartment is located right in the heart of Aix-en-Provence’s vibrant pedestrian district, with cobblestone streets and plenty of life even in the evenings — ideal for those who love the city’s energy.

After confirming your booking, you will receive an email with a link giving you access to the apartment’s digital guide. There, you can choose flexible check-in and check-out times (subject to an additional fee).

A deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It is not debited or blocked and serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment. It also covers any breach of contract (pets, number of people, timetables).
Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
