Beautiful villa in the heart of Provence

Comfortable air-conditioned villa on 2 levels of 110m2 built on a 1000m2 fenced and private wooded plot 800 meters from the village with views of Sainte Victoire and Mont Aurélien. Closed indoor parking, automated gate and garage door.
On the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, living room with WiFi internet TV, 1 WC with washbasin, a dining room opening onto a veranda with view of the swimming pool, garage + storeroom.
Upstairs where there are two bedrooms, one with TV + dressing room, 2 beds of 180x200, a bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 WC.
Sheets, hand towels and pool towels are made available to the client.
Outside a fully equipped pool house, a summer bathroom, a 9mx4m swimming pool with secure shelter, opening and
 electric closing by remote control boules, barbecue, swing, children's games
A deposit of 1600 euro will be requested on arrival of vacationers and returned on departure

A cozy house with everything you need for a carefree vacation. Very friendly host. The location is suitable for exploring nearby Provence by car and relaxing by the pool.

A Delightful Place to Stay
My wife and I spent three weeks staying in Trets and were delighted with the property. A little disappointed that the second bathroom was in the pool house but other than that it was ideal. Mr & Mrs Bertrand were at the property to greet us and took time to actually show us around town. The property is private and has a lovely pool/garden. It is only a short walk into town. We had a wonderful stay.

Very nice house with a great pool
The house in Trets is very conveniently located for trips in the area, for example a tour around Monte Ste Victoire or day trips to Marseille, the Calanques or Aix-en-Provence. The owners of the house were waiting for us when we arrived and showed us around and explained how everything worked. The house has everything one could need, there is even a summer kitchen and a summer shower room in the back yard. We had a great stay there and can recommend the house wholeheartedly.

Superbe villa
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa. Les propriétaires sont charmants et toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Une belle piscine, un beau patio pour les jours de pluie, une cuisine super bien équipée, bref il ne manquait rien pour passer des belles vacances au calme pour faire le plein d'énergie. Merci à Claude et Marcelle pour tous.

Magnifique et Reposant !
Villa magnifique, hyper bien équipée intérieur comme l'extérieur. Le lotissement est extrêmement calme, le village et ses commerces sont facilement accessibles . Grande piscine à 26 degrés et la mer à 40mn. Tout y est, rien à redire !
