It's also walking distance to other local beaches, Eagle Rock Marine Sanctuary, Split Point Lighthouse and Aireys' tennis courts, cafes and shops.

Enjoy the large open plan kitchen/living and dining with a modern coastal feel throughout that takes you to the back of the house where you will the covered deck and BBQ perfect for entertaining, or sitting back and enjoying beautiful sunsets and the local bird life.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
