Modernes Appartment in verkehrsgünstiger Lage in Ahrensburg (kurze Anbindung zur Autobahn, Regional- und U-Bahnhöfe). Man kommt schnell nach Hamburg. In der Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.An stark befahrener Straße gelegen. Die Schlafräume gehen allerdings zur ruhigeren Rückseite raus.Spärliche Ausstattung (Handtuchhalter im Bad, Ablage für Kleidung, Besteck und Geschirr). Handtücher teilweise optisch verschmutzt (rötlich-braune Flecken), aber gewaschen. In mehreren Räumen waren offensichtlich Spinnweben sichtbar (falls es jemanden stark stört). Im Bad gab es Ansätze von Schimmel.Licht im Bad war defekt. Die Heizung über mehrere Tage nicht aktiv (Warmwasser gab es, aber die Räume waren kühl - insbesondere das Bad). Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bis zur Meldung dieses Problems erstaunlich schnell. Danach über zwei Tage keine Reaktion von ihm, trotz mehrfacher Meldung durch uns. Nach Einschalten von FeWo Direkt hat er versprochen, es taggleich beheben zu lassen (es kam nach unserem Eindruck niemand - die Wohnung war weiterhin kühl). Erst nach zwei weiteren Anrufen kam er persönlich vorbei und hat die Heizung eingeschaltet. Dann war es warm.
