Very nice BnB with a wonderful breakfast. You do have to drive to the rounds but they are spectacular. There is parking there and you do have to walk a lot to get to the biggest rounds but it’s not too bad. The owner at the BnB was wonderful and communicative about how to find the place.

Don’t worry about the outside of the building - the units have been beautifully renovated and the host is very kind, considerate and helpful! The location is great and we always found street parking nearby even on weekend nights.

The B&B is in a very old building and is on one section of one floor. Rest of the building is professional offices and personal residences. The rooms have been modernized and are very comfortable They look exactly like the photos. Very secure bldg. Octavio was an excellent host. Location was very good in walking distance of restaurants and few minutes driving distance to valley of the temples A little tricky to find and parking is street parking. There's no laundry facilities. There's a laundry mate a half mile walk from hotel breakfast was good croissants and breakfast sandwich. There's no breakfast buffet. The breakfast was adequate for us and Octavio bagged what we didn't eat and we took it for lunch

We chose this accommodation based on the great location and very good reviews. When we first arrived we were surprised at the appearance of the apartment building where the B&B is located; it is very modest and does not seem particularly well maintained. However, the B&B itself was recently updated and clean, and our room was comfortable. What was really outstanding was the hospitality we received by the host, who was very attentive and went the extra mile to ensure that we had all we needed. He provided a wonderful breakfast of fresh sweet and savory traditional pastries, plus yogurt, fruit, cappuccino etc., and packed all that we couldn’t eat so that we could take it along for lunch, plus water. Advised us on parking, restaurants and transportation. The hospitality was truly exceptional and made our stay very pleasant.

A wonderful spot in the center of town, with lots of free parking nearby. The building didn't look very nice, but when you get inside the rooms are wonderful, and the staff is super friendly.

Octavio, the host, is wonderful. The check in was smooth with good communication ahead of time. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Walking distance from the center of the city but a good 30 minute or more walk to the temple area - quite doable if you like walking. The B&B is good value if you just need a place to sleep and a nice welcoming hot coffee and cold breakfast items in a small kitchen in the morning. Octavio even offers to pack your ham and cheese sandwich for lunch if you don’t want to eat it in the morning. There is no common area to relax in, if you don’t want to sit your room to relax after touristing. No views from the rooms. All in all, a great place to sleep and to go out and explore Agrigento.

Host with the most!

The accommodations and location were awesome, but what really made this stay the best was the host. He greeted us promptly and was ready to walk though dinner recommendations, helped guide us to the Temples, and was your quintessential Sicilian - there to help and felt like family. The unit was clean - we needed for nothing. The next day we wake up to an amazing array of pastries waiting for us and our host ready to froth up our cappuccinos to order. In addition, he made sandwiches which we took with us for beach time at our next destination. What an awesome experience!

Great location for an afternoon/overnight stop in Agrigento. The property is at elevation, adjacent a courtyard some food options, and the street and promenade have views directly to the Strait of Sicily. This property was easy to find arriving by car. There is ample free parking nearby as long as you arrive before the late dinner rush. Even then, there is free parking only 3 minutes walk. Once here you are a few minutes walk, mostly flat, to shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean, cool and comfortable. The included breakfast was served from 8-10:30 am by the owner, who was very attentive. He even packed us the remaining food to take to the beach. There is a fridge and freezer available 24/7 with water and other treats if needed. I would definitely stay here again.
