A small maisonette in the quiet traditional settlement ΚΑΤΩ ΧΩΡΙΟ of elounda, with an unobstructed view of the gulf from the large balcony-veranda of the upper floor. Small and beautifully renovated, very well equipped, clean and smart, provides everything you need for your vacation. It has a big roof terrace with amazing views over Elounda and the sea (the gulf and the canal).
Is just 300m. (slightly uphill road but only 10 minutes walk) from the organized beach, commercial shops, cafes, restaurants and the main square, and just 150m. from free municipal parking.
Ideal for those who are mostly looking for peace and relaxation

Absolutely the best decision on a property to stay in for the first time in Greece.

I loved it and the proximity to all the local things to do in the area. The property was very nice and if ever visiting again I would stay here again. The property owner is amazing and very helpful to someone from another country. Thank You Nekatarius.
