Stunning accomodation, very modern, very clean. 2 zone ac (in sleeping room and living room in the 2 room apt) great service and availability on whats app for questions. Checkin Done through a webform and unique key code for access. (No physical key needed) parking lot just outside with fair prices. (Other business) 2 minutes walk to city center and the lake. Will definitiv look for moncasa next trip to agios nikolaos. If other apt hotels could work like this traveling would be more enjoyable. Alexandra was a great host and also have welcome presents for the family. 10/10 stars. Apt had pool as well which we didnt use so Mich since we were at the beach but it was really nice as well.

Έχει γίνει μια πολύ καλή ανακαίνιση και έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί αρκετά καλά υλικά. Πολύ καθαρό αλλά το διαμέρισμα που μέναμε ήταν υπόγειο με αποτέλεσμα φυσικό φως έμπαινε μόνο από ένα παραθυρο. Επίσης δεν φαίνονταν να δουλεύουν οι εξαερισμοί. Δεν είχε αντικουνουπικό με αποτέλεσμα την πρώτη νύχτα να δυσκολευτούμε να κοιμηθούμε. Επίσης ενώ είχε Nespresso και κάψουλες δεν είχε φλιτζάνια εσπρέσο. Και δεν είχε κάτι για πρωινό τουλάχιστον για την πρώτη μέρα.Το σημείο που βρίσκεται είναι αστική περιοχή με αποτέλεσμα να έχει όλους τους ήχους θορυβους της πολης
