One of the most incredible hotels I've had the pleasure of experiencing, from the faultless service and attention of every member of the team to the beautiful beaches and pools that surround the property. We ate in almost every restaurant, and couldn't fault a single meal, and enjoyed some excellent cocktails (curated by Baba Au Rhum in Athens), not to mention local Cretan wines. We also got an upgrade on arrival - definitely book the seaview villas next to the beach (villa #9 was ours and it was perfectly located). We'll be back for sure.

The hotel is simply wonderful, very individual, there are many chairs and umbrellas and ideal steps to swim in the sea. The breakfast is outstanding. One small thing, the parking situation might be reconsidered. There is space for 12 cars next to the hotel and 12 cars across the street. You need to love to reverse your car. The people in the hotel are extremely gentle and are able to speak several languages. Elena for exemple spoke a perfect German and is a great ambassador for Crete, she knows everything: culture, history, scenery.

This hotel is truely exceptional. From the stunning beaches and pool to the incredible staff, to the banquet style breakfast which changes daily and has something for everyone, I would absolutely recommend it. We travelled with our 11 month old and were thrilled so see so many other families with young babies too, but you’d never know as the resort is super private and quiet - doesn’t feel family friendly at all, but totally is. Could be my favourite hotel ever. Highly recommend.
