Charming Danube House on the Riverbank in the Heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Wachau
Fully equipped, 1,600 m² garden, fire & barbecue area, sports equipment, and games. Directly on the Danube Cycle Path & the Romantic Road – nature, culture, sports & relaxation all in one!
Danube bathing beach right in front of the house.
Ideal for company retreats, sports, yoga, club events as well as groups and families.
Unique and original interior design.
It is a very old and simple house, which is why the price is so affordable.

The Accommodation:
The house is partly 100 years old and has been renovated with private funds. Therefore, many things are not perfect and kept very simple. This is part of its charm, but it should be mentioned in advance. It is not a flawless accommodation, but incomparable, honest, and naturally beautiful.
There is one bedroom with only one double bed for 2 people. However, there are also 3 mattresses available on-site that can be placed on the floor to create up to 4 additional sleeping spaces. In total, up to 6 people can sleep in the house, but it does get quite cramped since the entire house consists only of the bedroom, the living kitchen, and the bathroom.

Guest Access:
The entire house and the whole garden are fully available for our guests without restrictions.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible by arrangement, provided there are no other bookings on the respective days.

Other Important Information:

Very well accessible by public transport (bus and train).

Sports equipment, games, and darts may be used at your own risk.

A tourist tax of €2.60 per person per night must be paid.
