Situé dans un endroit très calme, belle vue sur le port, par contre aucune indication est spécifiée qu'il se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, donc les valises et les courses c'est pas top, aussi un chèque de caution de 50 € est demandé pour le ménage à l'arrivée (aucune indication est spécifiée aussi)mais le séjour reste très très agréable quand même. Je recommande vivement

Idéal pour les vacances !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce logement bien décoré avec deux enfants en bas âges. Le logement est bien organisé et les équipements sont de bonne qualité. L’accès à la piscine et la place de parking sont des atouts importants.

Studio cosy, design et fonctionnel

Bon emplacement, vue sur le canal avec bâteau + piscine très pratique pour que les enfants puissent circuler librement et en tte confiance ! Le studio est très bien aménagé et avec goût ! On apprécie le lave vaisselle et la machine à laver :) Matelas adulte très confort ! Il nous semble que le ménage pourrait être un peu mieux fait et surtout les toilettes remises à neuf (odeurs qui remontent ?). La plage de sable noir et plutôt sauvage est tte proche ce qui fait du bien dans une station balnéaire très dense en habitations. Bon séjour pour nous dans l'ensemble !

Bon séjour passé dans la résidence. Nous avons apprécié la piscine avec une bonne emplitude horaire, d'être à proximité de la plage de la conque et du port. Le logement est bien équipé, un vrai plus la clim mais trop petit pour une famille avec deux enfants.

Île des pêcheurs trop bien

Résidence très bien placée avec clim et piscine commune. Commerce à proximité (SPAR, pizzeria etc) magasins, bar, restos du port à 10 min à pied. Mer à 400 m ( plage de la conque). Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et très bon accueil avec la dame qui donne les clés et fait l état des lieux. Résidence sécurisée avec gardien, digicode et place de parking. Un bon séjour rien a redire
