We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Agde, this charming air-conditioned studio with a surface of 31 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The south-east facing flat is composed as follows:
- A fully-equipped kitchen area with, among other things, an electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, toaster, Senseo coffee machine...
- A day area of 20m² including a dining area and a lounge area with a sofa, TV and coffee table.
This living area can be adapted, one part can be transformed into a sleeping area thanks to the folding bed (140x190).
- A bathroom (shower) with WC.

Outside :
- A terrace in the extension of the flat with outdoor furniture (tables, chairs and deckchairs) to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in the heart of the naturist village of Cap d'Agde, less than 500 metres from the beach, in a very pleasant and calm environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Cocooning "Modern comfortabel appartement van alle gemakken en meer voorzien plus zeer gunstige ligging. 🙂 Zeer gunstig gelegen modern appartement van alle gemakken voorzien 🙁 De sleutel overdracht was moeizaam en ook de communicatie ging niet soepel. De persoon die ons zou opvangen was er niet op de afgesproken tijd (tijdig zoals gevraagd aangegeven wanneer we zouden arriveren) er zou iemand anders komen, die kwam drie kwartier later, sprak geen Engels, bleek het appartement nog te moeten schoonmaken en had geen tijd om alles uit te leggen. Hierdoor was ons niet alles duidelijk en was het niet zo schoon als het zou kunnen/moeten zijn. Ook het WiFi WW was nergens te vinden en kregen we pas na een dag. Uiteindelijk is alles goed gegaan en maakt het comfort en de ligging veel goed."
