The Reception Staff actually went into my room, and stole my sun glasses, after which he owned up and gave it back...I actually saw him trying to open my room door, when I asked him, he said he was on the wrong floor. 1 hour later my glasses and perfume was missing from my room. Went to reception and asked about it, and guess what, he gave it back..... Would not Recommend this hotel.

Average hotel

We stayed in this hotel because we landed very late in Agadir. The hotel was average, but the staff was very nice and let us in very late without problems. The neighbourhood is nothing special, but the beach is not far away.

Excellent value apartments and friendly staff

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my 3 small children in an apartment. The staff are all very nice, and speak excellent English, and French/Arabic. The apartments are excellent value for money and only a 5-6 minute walk to the beach. They are in a very quiet area which is just a minutes walk from the main "high street" area. I would definately stay there again as being able to rent a huge self-catering apartment is ideal for a family holiday. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils you would need and had a good sized fridge.

Déception totale

Très décue par cet apparthotel qui est loin de mériter ses 3 étoiles... Hormis sa bonne situation géographique & le fait que l'appartement était spacieux, l'équipement de la chambre laisse à désirer... Poignée de porte cassée à l'intérieur, canapé plein de tâches et complètement défoncé, pas de micro-ondes, le linge de lit est d'une propreté douteuse, odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bains, manque d'ustensiles de cuisine, odeur d'égout provenant de la terrasse, infestation de bestioles qui rentraient par dessous la porte ... La wifi disponible uniquement dans le hall au RDC rame à mort (il y a même eu perte de connexion à plusieurs reprises)et disparait totalement dès que vous montez une marche des escaliers!!!! Enfin la petite piscine est moche, n'a été vidée & nettoyée qu'une fois en 1 mois de séjour et un rat s'y est même invité en fin de journée !!! Lorsque cela a été signalé à la réception il nous a été répondu que c'était normal !!!!! A déconseiller

Sämsta jag varit med om borde tas bort från bokningssidan helt och hållet, åk aldrig någonsin till detta hotellet, värsta jag varit med om!!
