Imagine waking up with the Canary Islands sun and having breakfast on the terrace, just a few steps from the most famous beaches of Las Américas. This renovated studio is located in the "Olympia" complex, in a quiet but central area: you are behind the first sea line, therefore outside the chaos, but less than 2 minutes walking from everything beaches, venues, shops, restaurants and main bus stop (Costa Adeje).



The apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable: a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped American kitchen (including a DolceGusto coffee machine), a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and a habitable terrace with an outdoor table to enjoy the perfect climate of Tenerife.



The complex has a beautiful swimming pool and unassigned private parking, subject to availability.

This is my personal review and may not reflect others’ experiences. I mistakenly booked through VRBO, not realizing it was managed by a Spanish third-party, Borza Holidays. Communication was frustrating due to the language barrier, multiple email sources, and most instructions in Spanish. The address wasn’t provided until two days before arrival, making transfer planning difficult. Check-in was handled via WhatsApp by the cleaner. The apartment, on the third floor of a residential block, was next to a noisy bus station. It was extremely small—more like a hotel room. The cramped shower was uncomfortable, the bed was noisy and came with only two flat pillows, and the kitchenette had minimal counter space and short appliance cords. There weren’t enough glasses, and a cracked one was left behind by the cleaner. The balcony had a partial sea view but overlooked the bus station. The pool had very limited seating. A major issue was a recurring foul odor that made the stay unpleasant. Since there was no air conditioning, opening the patio door for ventilation wasn’t an option due to traffic noise. When I reported the smell, I was advised to buy air freshener. The amount per night with an extra cleaning fee and deposit this place was overpriced. The location was great, but the accommodation was not. Would I stay again? No.
