Playa de las Americas is in fact both the center of nightlife and the location of beautiful beaches, such as Playa de Troya or Playa de Las Vistas.
From here you have everything comfortable, close and available: Restaurants, supermarkets, bars, discos and whatever you are looking for.

The structure, however, is in a quiet area, even if the nightlife and entertainment are really within walking distance.

Wifi is free as is the internal parking in the structure.

The apartment provides, included in the price, bath and beach towels, a bottle of fresh water and household linen.
Final cleaning is also included in the price.

A cleaning service and additional linen are available during the stay for a fee (on site).

If you arrive late and need shopping for the next day, you can have it on request for a fee.

Upon arrival you will be asked for a deposit of 150 euros to be paid in cash, which will be returned to you on check out if there has been no damage to the structure.

We are in Playa de las Americas, the center of nightlife and beautiful beaches.

Here you will find everything from restaurants to pubs, discos and anything else you want for a dream vacation.
You can also go on an excursion on the Teide volcano, or see dolphins and whales on boats or equipped catamarans that leave every day.

Bus stop from the airport behind the apartment (line 40, ticket price € 3.70 unless increases, travel time: approximately 45 minutes).
