Ein paar Tage vor Ankunft hat Eric, der Verwalter der Wohnung, uns kontaktiert und uns die Adresse mitgeteilt.Wir haben einen Zeitpunkt vereinbart zudem wir uns bei der Wohnung treffen, was wunderbar geklappt hat.Der erste Eindruck der Wohnung war überwältigend.Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, in einem sehr guten Zustand und für uns von der Größe einfach super. Für uns drei war die Aufteilung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, eins davon mit einem kleinen eigenem Bad (Dusche & WC) geradezu ideal. Die teilüberdachte Terrasse ist sehr großzügig und bietet mit einer Markise ausreichend Schatten bei einem tollen Blick der teilweise sogar bis zum Meer reicht. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet und bieten reichlich Platz zum verstauen der Kleidung.Im Wohnbereich stehen zwei Couchen zur Verfügung auf denen sich gut entspannen lässt.Der Flachbild-TV wird unter anderem über IPTV betrieben was ein umfangreiches Senderangebot ermöglicht. Eric hat speziell für uns eine Auswahl an deutschen Programmen eingestellt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für Selbstversorger sind ausreichend Küchenutensilien und Geschirr vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Parkmöglichkeit in dem Zufahrtsbeschränktem Bereich. Fußläufig sind viele Restaurants, Bars, ein Mercadona und ein Supermarkt direkt ums Eck gut erreichbar.Die Anlage bietet einen Pool mit Liegen, beides haben wir nicht genutzt.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.Eric und Christel waren immer erreichbar wenn nötig. Danke
