Chilly Apartment - Sunny rooftop terrace with ocean view

Come and enjoy your holiday with your friends and family in our lovely apartment and relax on the big rooftop terrace with nice ocean view and BBQ. The apartment has three floors. On the first floor you can choose between 2 separated spacious bedrooms (the main bedroom has a 180x200cm double bed with a special mattress, a ceiling fan with remote, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV, the other bedroom has 2 single beds, a standing fan with remote and a wardrobe) and a bathroom.
On the middle floor you will find a totally equipped kitchen with all stuffs you need (oven,microwave, fridge, kettle, 3 different coffee machines, toaster, coffee, sugar, spices), a living room with a comfy sofa, a big smart TV, a dining area, a balcony and a little restroom. The third floor features the fully equipped private rooftop sunny terrace with ocean, pool and city views. There is a BBQ, a dining table, sunbeds and chill area with garden furniture.
If you would like to chill or swim you can choose between the complex's private pool (with free sunbeds, shower, toilet) or the sandy beach which is only few minutes by walk (also with free parasols, beach bar and restaurant)
There are 2 supermarkets, many restaurants and bars near to the apartment and also few minutes by walk to reach the bus stop with direct bus to other coastal cities, like Los Cristianos, Las Americas, Costa Adeje, Playa Paraiso, Alcala, Playa San Juan, Los Gigantes. The town of Playa Paraíso with its beautiful beach promenade, restaurants, bars, beaches and the shopping center /Rosa Center/ is only 10 minutes away.
