Great for the price

The TV was way too small and there were none of the networks available (only cable channels). The grounds are vast, and it's great that there is an Applebee's, Aldi, Walmart and a Dollar Tree in the shopping center next door. The bed was good enough, (feather pillows help) and as is often the case, there was no way to open a window. The pool was beautiful, and well maintained.

It’s was fine for an overnight, but - the room is it what you want when you’re accustomed to luxury or a great hotel, this is not for yo. The pool is tiny and liaise. Not heated so it freezing. I couldn’t enjoy that. The room wasn’t totally dirty, even with the ac running the room always felt damp. It’s not bad for the price and the people who work there are great! If you’re simply looking for place to sleep, it’s fine fine place. Oh, ask for of the rooms that do not have a view of the rundown, motel/apartment.. think “The Shining”! It’s very disturbing to see watch.

I've stayed at this property a few times over the past couple of.years. It's a very reasonably priced location that is close to the many beautiful lakes, wineries and waterfalls in the Finger Lakes, NY. It's an older motel but it is very clean. It has a very nice outdoor pool. The staff are very courteous, friendly and helpfull.

This “hotel” is more of a motel than a hotel. The photos on the site look modern and new but when you walk inside your room it is dirty, unclean, and cleaning staff already assumes you’ll tip them. The room given did not look clean. There was a rotting yoghurt cup under the bed, and there was a stain on the sheets. We only stayed because all other hotels were too expensive on a last minute notice. The tv in the room also did not work at all. The key did not unlock the door right away either. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we checked out as soon as we could in the morning. I do not recommend this place for anyone that is worried about cleanliness.

I arrived on a motorcycle soaking wet, cold and two hours early for posted check in. They let me in my room immediately and I enjoyed a hot, blasting shower. Walked to the nearest restaurant for dinner. Nice, comfortable room. Well worth the price.

Very nice staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms but they are very dated and old. Lots of patches and repairs. The property has seen better days but it's totally acceptable.
