"Reasonable hotel in the middle of Cooma"
Location suits well. I was disappointed that the concierge had the flu and was therefore restricted from providing breakfast. having a good breakfast is one of my pre-requisites for any hotel I stay at.

Room was clean and comfortable, it was a bit tight with two kids but if you are using it as a base to sleep in its more than fine. Staff very friendly and helpful.

"Very cosy hotel in a very cold climate "
Hubby and I really enjoyed our overnight stay at the Siesta Villa. Our host Nat was so lovely and we really enjoyed the warm room (heated flooring was such a welcomed bonus). The breakfast was also very nice. The area had, had it's first snow fall in the alpine peaks so it was very cold that night.

Can't comment about the staff as office was unattended at check-in and -out. Arrangements had been made by operator for our arrival; a note was left on office door advising that key was in door to our room, we find room ready and waiting. I would have preferred not to provide a staff rating as have no evidence on which to base an assessment. I suspect the motel was owner-operated and every one has the right to time off for family and health reasons. As I said above, preparations had been made for our arrival.

Spacious comfortable room at reasonable price. It was well painted and had the basics. It was the middle level of three grades. perhaps at the higher level you would get some cutlery, plates and a toaster.
