"Comfortable but..."
We were really pleased when we arrived. Neat, clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Split system air con (no window rattlers!) However, when next door turned on their air con at 5am , the compressor was really loud and kept us awake. May or may not return.

"Nice start to our Holiday"
We only stayed one night on our way through to the snow but had an enjoyable time. The family room was very spacious and we would recommend to any families having a stay in Cooma. Ideally, there would be a restaurant attached although that may be solved when the current renovations are completed.

"my double room, "
The room was little small, but very clean, and no mould. The bed was comfortable, and personal service. One problem there was no breakfast service due to illness, a pity no replacement, and it was not in walking distance to town for a meal. Also no microwave to reheat . As a result the price was a bit high,
