Beklediğim, görünen dışında basık, havasız ve karanlık bir oda. Ertesi gün, resepsiyonun bilmesine rağmen odayı temizlemek için ki ( don't disturb ) işaretli olmasına rağmen odaya temizlik görevlisi girdi. Evet, zorda kalınınca kalınabilir ancak tercih etmem

Clean Hotel with Good Service, but Communication…

We stayed at Cevahir Hotel and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean and the staff were kind and helpful during our stay. However, before our arrival we felt some hesitation because the hotel sent several emails asking about our exact arrival time, which felt a bit excessive. Also, when I called to provide the information, the girl who answered the phone started the conversation with a very unprofessional way and i hesitated whom i called to which was quite irritating.
