Private: property 120 ha (fenced) with trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 24.Oct.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 900 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 4.3 km, sandy beach "Pescia Romana" 60 km, thermal baths "Sorano" 12 km, bathing lake "Bolsena" 17 km. Golf course (9 hole) 13 km. Nearby attractions: San Casciano Dei Bagni 25 km, Pitigliano 23 km, Civita Di Bagnoregio 35 km, Bagno Vignoni 45 km, Pienza 50 km, Castiglion D'orcia 50 km. Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir haben mit 10 Personen (6 Erw., 4 Kinder zwischen 4 und 8) 14 wunderschöne Tage im Casale Vitello verbracht. Sehr geräumiges Haus: Riesige Küche, wirklich bequeme Betten u. toller Pool! Gästegeber sehr nett und unkompliziert! Das Haus ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen (verschlissene Sofas) und die Spülmaschine müsste eindeutig größer sein! Ansonsten top! Durch die Lage in der Natur: Viele Insekten (und Stiche) am Pool und auch in den Zimmern, trotz Fliegengitter. Dennoch eine Empfehlung!

Heerlijke plek matig huis

Fantastische plek, mooi zwembad. Huis is ook historisch en mooi aangelegd. Wij waren met 9 personen en een hondje. Voldoende ruimte voor iedereen. Twee weken met hoge temperaturen is niet te doen als wij geen ventilatoren zelf hadden meegenomen. Keuken was echt gedateerd.(te) Kleine vaatwasser voor 9. Deels slechte matrassen. Slecht schoongemaakt sanitair en hele oncomfortabele stoelen. Warm water deed het het eerste dagen niet, er werd wel twee maak snel op gereageerd met een elektricien .

Wir waren mit einer grösseren Gruppe (Zusammengesetzt aus Kindern und jungen Erwachsenen) 2 Wochen in dieser Unterkunft. Vor allem der Pool und der Garten waren grandios. Wir konnten unser Volleyballnetz aufstellen und die Hängematten aufhängen. Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit dort. Wir sind 2 mal ans Meer gefahren, mehr war nicht nötig, da wir es ums Haus genossen haben. Die Küche könnte besser ausgerüstet sein. Auch ist das Haus ringhörig. Aber wir würden wieder kommen.

Urlaub mit Hund: Ein wahres Paradies. Ungezwungene entspannte Atmosphäre, ein riesengroßes Grundstück. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Sehr ruhig und wunderschön gel...

Sehr ruhig und wunderschön gelegen. Wer im Urlaub entspannen möchte, ist es ideal. Das Haus ist absolut ok (eben typisch italienisch). Die Küche mit Aufenthalts– und Sitzplätzen für uns mit 16 Personen super (2 Regentage). Ansonsten ist im freien genug Möglichkeit, um angenehm zu essen. Der Pool mit täglicher Pflege top. Freundlichkeit vom Verwalter von Anfang bis Ende (zweimal mit frischen Salat und Zucchini versorgt). Falls sich jemand zurück ziehen möchte, auf dem riesigen Grundstück findet sich immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Reisetipps: Die umliegenden Orte (Acquapendente, capodimonte, gradoli, Martha) strahlen genau dieses Flair der entschleunigung wie das gesamte Anwesen aus. Die Ufer des bolsenasees sind so unterschiedlich wie seine Orte, aber immer wieder schön. Die Freundlichkeit der Menschen lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Auch wenn man sich nur mit Händen und Füßen unterhalten kann.
