The staff was courteous and professional. My room was cleaned daily by the very sweet Paulina who didn't hesitate in accommodating me.However,there was one incident I experience in the cafe on 2/13 around 3 pm. The young lady served me, took it unpon her self to keep my 30 cedis. It was an incident that you don't know- what just happen. I like The Roots and I would stat again.

Nice, comfortable stay in a vibrant and friendly area. Great food, wonderful, atmosphere. Many staffmembers knew me by name and were always friendly and helpful. A big "Medasse!" to Samuel, Grace, Abel, Nicholas, Albert, Doris, Emmanuel, Ishmael, Laurence, and many more for a wonderful stay.
