This was a complete disappointment for me. What was advertised was complete opposite of what we received. There is no restaurant on the premises. There is no that you can walk to a mall or any other amenities. What was advertise was close, walking distance to the mall, close distance to the airport, which was not true, restaurant on site We ordered food and it took two hours for the food to get to us from their secondary location, the breakfast that was served was cold and eventually they decided to send someone to heat our food up each morning. I requested a late check out only to learn that I had overbooked my stay by an extra day and was not refunded. I was very disappointed with the management, i requested to speak with them and for an entire week, no one returned my call. I felt as if I was in prison. Totally ignored by management. If this is what Hotel.com has to offer, I will not book again with you.

This property is definitely not a three-star — more like a one or two-star at best. I was extremely disappointed, as my experience didn’t match the reviews. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room uncomfortably hot, and there’s ongoing construction all around the property, which makes it quite an eyesore.

From prompt pick up from the airport to check out, no complaints. The location of this hotel near the airport and is walkable to all kinds of stores. The room was impeccable, and very comfortable. Rebecca and Mavis at the front desk were exemplary examples of hospitality at it's best! Thank you all for making my stay a memorable experience.

Clean Room. Small Hotel but great location in Accra. In a good part of town. Restaurants within in minutes on hotel. You Uber or Bolt rides is recommended. Close to a major street but gotta walk a few blocks.

good value for $. spacious and clean.

Don't be surprised by its small size. Rooms were bigger than ones nearer to airport. spacious. very friendly staff. bar was open till 1030 even though almost not customers. food was fine.
