Everyone was so kind. I’m giving 4 stars cause we had daily issues with our key. The staff had to repeatedly program it because of the issue with our door. Also the tv would randomly shut on and off even though it wasn’t on a timer. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Room was unclean, DO NOT believe the TikTok hype. The sink stunk and they couldn’t do anything about it apart from spraying the room. Bathroom toilet wasn’t clean, kitchen sink wasn’t clean and neither was the room. Only thing done was the bed lol. They also stole my Pandora ring since they conveniently can’t find it!!! ALSO, don’t bother paying deposit with a debit card because it takes ONE MONTH to get it back.

Great stay, great location, great amenities and VERY GREAT STAFFS. Everyone was very helpful, from the door to the room. Very good service. All staff that i Interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Always wanting to ensure that i was good. The Frint Desk worker, was the icing on the cake. Excellent stay at Number One Oxford Hotel & Suites. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff were professional and welcoming throughout my stay. Great location, strong security, and a calm atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax while in Accra. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff are very friendly so I almost feel bad writing this review, but people need to know what they are in for if they choose to stay here. The property has definitely been neglected from the pool to the room (banged up, stained furniture, stained/worn rugs, flooding everytime you shower), to the mildew smelling hallways. You say a little prayer everytime you get into the elevator as there is no ventilation and it is TINY! The breakfast was shocking . . . It was a half empty buffet and the food that remained was not breakfast, e.g. spinach stew and yams. And be forewarned, there is no restaurant service after breakfast, you will have to go off property which was very inconvenient. There is no poolside service. And forget about getting any sleep as the location is in a very busy area, amplified by the holiday celebrations and all night parties. I have no idea how this place has a five star rating. It absolutely does not live up to Nana Kwame "Cheddar" Bediako's brand. We were so excited about this hotel, but were grateful when it was time to check out.
