The apartment is new, clean, and well kept. The location is perfect. Near Accra Mall and bus stations. There is free parking, free Wi-Fi and other amenities in the room. BUT customer service is VERY POOR. We waited for about 1.5 hours before we could check in. The front desk staff told us that the apartments are individually owned, so they can't help us unless we give the room number (which wasn’t communicated to us on the booking site). After several calls to the owner, they finally were able to locate the room number, but we had to wait again for the room to be cleaned. We booked a room with 2 queen beds but were given a room with one bed. We have kids so it was not convenient. And of course the staff did not know anything about the bookings. We did not want another headache so we did not complain. We liked the place for it's Cleanliness and position but because of the poor customer service I don't think we will recommend, because after a long journey or flight, the last thing we want is to be stressed out with a check in...
