This purpose-built 4 bedroom house is located in East Legon directly opposite the popular Trassacco Valley Estates. The house is almost new as it has largely been used as a holiday home. It has recently been fully decorated inside and out. The interior has been delicated decorated with softer tone colours to give it a really good ambience to enjoy.
The house sits on about an acre of land with beautifully manicured and landscaped gardens including a summer hut to add to the enjoyment of the outdoor space.
A master bedroom with and en-suite bathroom, and two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom are located on the first floor of the house. A fourth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor.

Lovely, spacious villa!
Stayed in this villa with four other friends and it was perfect for us. Everyone loved how spacious it was and it served the purpose of being our home over the busy December/New Years period in Accra. Would 100% come and stay again!
