Located a few meters from the sea (facing the sea), apartment of 50 square meters. Consists of 3 beds + 2; Double room with double bed and 1 cot, sofa bed in living kitchen, bathroom and balcony with sea view.
The town of Marina di Acate, once named Macconi, draws its name from the characteristic sandy dunes typical of the coast from Scoglitti to the mouth of the River Dirillo. The white sandy mountains, which were once considerably taller and much larger than today, the "Macconi", by the way, give an "all-African" look to the approximately 5 km of coastline, among the largest of the iblea riviera .
Located just 13 kilometers from the town, it is the summer residence of many Acate residents. Perfect for environmental itineraries of rare beauty, you can quickly reach places like Punta Braccetto, Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Caltagirone (famous for ceramics), Donna Fugata, Santa Croce Camarina (renowned for archaeological finds) and many more.
The apartment has its own Private Veranda. Outside of the property there is a common veranda with lounge, outdoor shower and washbasin.
