From the moment we booked our room to the beautiful wedding reception, everything exceeded our expectations. Your staff’s professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail made our special day truly unforgettable. The venue was perfect, the service was exceptional, and our guests were thoroughly impressed. Thank you for helping create such wonderful memories. The property facilities as displayed online is not exactly same. What I paid for is not what I got. The royal suit facilities as paid for those not exist in the property. The breakfast served is nothing to right about. After full payment for my 3 nights reservation for 3 persons, I was still asked by the hotel manager to pay additional money for breakfast for two, this I did during our entire stay, I contacted Expedia on this and I’m yet to get feedback on my compensation for the additional money spent and the inconvenience.
