Lovely relaxing stay in Abu Dhabi

Only a 1 night stay this time around but everything was excellent, room, staff, pool area, gym and evening meal at Chilli’s on floor P9. Thank you again.

The property was quite outdated. Overall I was expecting more from Sofitel, with it being 5 stars. The room needs a refurb. There was make up stains on my bathroom wall divider, the carpet was wet near my bedside. One socket was broken and the bidet and toilet roll holder was loose (ready to fall off). Very disappointed there wasn’t a coffee machine as this is basic in the Middle East. The lighting was very dim throughout the room and bathroom. The valet team were quite poor and on one occasion they handed me the keys to drive out from the parking lot!

A relaxing and enjoyable stay in Abu Dhabi.

Enjoyable extended stay. Was due to stay 3 nights but because of flight cancellation I stayed 6. The hotel was ideally located on the Corniche (lovely walks). 10 mins from the Central bus station by taxi with links to the airport and Dubai. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. 30 mins walk to the Dubai Mall. The hotel is well decorated and maintained. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, courteous and professional. I ate breakfast in the hotel and it was very good with a wide selection of options. I also ate in the Chilli’s restaurant and the food was excellent. Definitely recommended. I used the swimming pool and gym each day and both were very good. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. Thank you.

Check in was good. Food from room service was amazing. The concierge took a little long to come get my luggage, but othet than that, it's worth staying there again. Get the seaview room. Its was worth it.

Nice and great place to stay. We had a room upgrade and it was huge and cozy. Everything you need is there. Very welcoming atmosphere. The hotel has easy access to transportations and close to stores.
