Our stay here thankfully was short. The hotel was not up to the standards of other UAE hotels. The room was spacious and clean, however small things like handles falling off of drawers and the wheels on the desk chair coming off/ falling apart when moved made the room feel unkept and old. Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the pool and day beds/ sun loungers - these cost an additional £100 to rent for the day! The alternative are uncomfortable, old and dirty sun loungers - which felt unacceptable.

Great hotel, but there were two things that I didn't love. The pool is super shallow, you can barely swim in it, and when I ordered room service they wanted to charge me about 50% more than the prices showed. Not great. I don't think I would stay here again

Rooms not cleaned properly. There were clear stains on the floors. The food quality in the restaurant is very poor. Limited choices and food was always cold. Even after I complained about the temperature of the food, nothing appeared to have been done. It was the same for every meal, breakfast or dinner the food was cold. How is it acceptable to serve cold soup?

OK stay

Male staff member who checked us in was rude, he did not engage in conversations or greet us, only asked for our passports. He then advised our room was not ready even though we arrived after 3pm and check in was at 2pm. That was no issue for us but there was no apology or no offer of water/tea/coffee while we waited. We were just told to wait. Other than the poor check in experience everything else was fine and the housekeeping staff were all pleasant. OK place to stay for 1/2 nights
