Grocery store and gas station were close by. Room was clean. I was able to have an iron and ironing board. Room had cigarette smell. Had to ask for air freshener to spray since you are not allowed to open a window. Gym was okay, treadmill needs to be updated. Staff was pleasant and timely.

•receptionist isn’t very friendly •room is covered in black mould, this is a significant hazard to health. Customers should not be exposed to this. •the person replenishing the mini bar barged into my room in the hour after I checked in (whilst I was undressing). I barricaded my door with a chair thereafter. •the room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days, despite asking. I returned a third day and someone had placed a do not disturb sign on my door instead of cleaning it. •I arrived to only 1 towel, very low quality toilet roll that needed replenished daily and only 1 roll supplied. The shower was covered in dirty marks. It was clear that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. •I’ll have to have everything I had in that room deep cleaned because of the black mould. •the porter and man that was occasionally at the desk were very helpful. •I chose this hotel for gym access in the morning but it didn’t open until 10am. I didn’t want to use the pool given the poor condition of the rest of the hotel. •I did not feel safe or secure in this hotel.

Noisy, dearty, very old need maintenance evry wear in the room ,fair alarm system every day 2 or 3 time alarming ,the parking anther story i have all the photos, the hotel needs normal management sorry 😞 but these what i have seen

The check-in was a disaster, I had to wait for them to prepare the room though it was late evening. Noisy and you can hear everyone and everything around , talking, showering, anything. No proper lights, the furniture was noisy as well

A bad experience and ignoring by the management

The hotel, which defines itself as a 4-star, actually gives the general feeling of a much lower-quality hotel. The room I stayed in had low maintenance. The carpet was soaked with water. The room had a musty smell. I don't know how anyone could not notice this. I updated the hotel staff about it in the morning, but they didn't seem to care much. I sent three emails to the hotel, but they ignored all of them. I paid a high price of about $300 per night, and the value was nowhere near worth the price, not even close.

First point is this hotel is not for families stay. They have two lifts serving the building which is a waste of waiting time as all outside guests are going continuously to the pub. Smoking and alcohol smell is entire corridor and in rooms. Towels are with stain marks and hair. We are unable to stay for an hour in the room and immediately checked out and left the hotel. Requesting if anyone wants to stay with family then please keep away for this hotel.

Dirty bed sheets. Mold on walls and ceiling. Windows are not sealed. Rude staff. Night clubs on 3ed floors with loud music that prevents you from sleeping. Do not go there. I would sleep under a bridge rather than staying here again.
