To maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests and neighbors, please observe the following rules during your stay:

Maintain low noise levels at all times—especially outdoors. Avoid shouting, loud music, barking, or use of musical instruments.

No outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM, and amplified sound should never be heard outside the apartment at any time.

Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced by building management.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies. This includes traditional cigarettes, vapes, and e-cigarettes.

Pets are only permitted with prior written approval. Unauthorized pets may result in penalties.

Only park in designated or assigned parking spots. Street parking is not permitted under any circumstance.

Parties, gatherings, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

No alcohol or glass containers are allowed near the pool, for the safety of all residents.

Please treat the apartment and furnishings with respect. Do not rearrange furniture or misuse appliances.

Only registered guests may stay overnight. Kindly inform us in advance if additional guests are joining you.

Packages and mail deliveries are not accepted at this property.

Guests must inspect the unit upon arrival and report any existing damage immediately to avoid charges.

All guests are under the full responsibility of the main booking guest.

Dispose of trash properly in the building’s bins. A cleaning fee of AED 500 applies for improper disposal.

At no time should guest count exceed the booking’s maximum occupancy limit.

Pet Policy
Well-behaved house-trained cat or dog (max 1) are welcome only with prior approval. After booking, a pet fee and refundable security deposit will be requested. Please contact us in advance to confirm.
