From the moment I arrived Ibnu was amazing! He allowed me an early check-in into a beautiful well appointed room. He actually walked me there and showed me all the conveniences of the room. He made great suggestions for dinner and sushi. The entire staff was very friendly. The Galleria mall is connected to the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

FS Abu Dhabi was extremely helpful in making my stay feel individualized and special. Not only were they incredibly well provisioned in amenities, but well integrated such that they were able to coordinate an individualized itinerary for me to experience AD in the short time I had there in the span of an afternoon (planning and coordination started in the early afternoon and was ready by the next morning, after confirming the details the night before). Further, as I’ve come to love about the brand, FS finds ways to make every aspect of the stay easy, enjoyable, and personalized.

Four Seasons have to be up there as one of the best hotel chains of current times..The most comfortable beds and bedding and total luxury accommodations all round. We travelled here after our recent stay at the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire..infact we came here specifically to stay at this hotel. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so perfect.
