We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and welcoming, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the team at the club lounge – they were absolutely amazing! We went for my husband's birthday to enjoy a week end in the Palace. It was beyond all our expectations. The place is beautiful, service was definitely 5 stars. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to live the "arabic dream" !

This was the most gorgeous hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff, from the front desk throughout the entire property, were super helpful! It was an enormous place and easy to get lost in, but it was also extremely comfortable and luxurious. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit next!

Overall good hard product, some parts of the hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are modern. The services are below standards of Mandarin Oriental. No welcome fruits, just a box of mini sweets. No one showed me the room and lack of attention from the pool staff. The room service food were terrible. I had a stir-fry vegetable with chicken for dinner. It was the worst Chinese food I ever had. It was too salty, and sour also overcooked. It is unacceptable from a hotel brand with Asian heritage. Overall not worth the hype.

Its was a pleasant stay. The place is huge. But the views were amazing and the pools were really beautiful. The only criticism would be the room service food. They could use a quality check. Had higher expectations for a hotel of this quality.
