Nice and clean hotel. Rooms need a bit of work as some wall papers were peeling off. The breakfast is good but the service is bad, the servers do not understand English properly and are not well trained. I asked for some hot water to add to my espresso and I was given hot milk. The eggs were served to the wrong table and when confronted the server tried to out the blame back on me. Very unprofessional and below average service. Definitely not 5 star quality. The hotel must take strong action.

The room and facilities were excellent. However, a certain operator staff tended to use the wording "don't worry" a lot, when all I was doing was asking for confirmation on various things. Conceirge was not very helpful in making arrangements for New Years events. Just told us to go and check ourselves. I realize that it was a busy time and that there are various kinds of guests. Guest discernment and language would make for a better experience for more sophisticated travelers.

Spotless rooms with a lot of sunlight, very spacious and clean bathrooms. I loved the size of the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the tea / coffee amenities, the toiletries and number of towels , soft pillows were very pleasing to us. We had a lovely stay. The breakfast choice was goid, but the taste of a few dishes like the gyoza was mediocre. All in all- a great stay.

Clean room, outstanding customer service and extremely comfortable stay. Loved the whole experience, would definitely book again. Staff took care of all our needs,and the rooms were lovely.

I didn’t use the bar , you could improve your coffee offering in the room , offer coffee bags instead of Nescafé . Cleanliness is fine , and air conditioning was fine . Would like more light when I am working
