Good value hotel, all staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Ashatoun on reception who arranged an early check in within 1hr, Huge thank you to him after arriving 6am. Breakfast and lunch was good standard and wide menu. Especially helpful with 25% discount food n beverage. Good value. Convenient location has its own private relaxing beach and adequate gym onsite. Recommended will return.

Checked in at 2100 with Dee who was nice, didn’t took too long i received my keys and went to the room. Nice specious very classic design. Bathroom needs renovation and better cleaning with dusty corners and filthy towels! After one hour in the room i figured out there is an issue and the ac is not cooling and it is too late and i have very early morning meeting. I called reception and it took exactly 3:15 min to answer ☹️ i requested them to check the ac and they requested an engineer who took more than 20 min to reach and told me the temperature in the room seems ok!! Yes maybe if you like to sleep in 27 degrees 😒 then he started working out the physical ac. Then he said finaly now it is 22!!! Sir i need the room to be 18-19 degrees to sleep it became 23:00 !!! He said i will check with my supervisor and get back to you ( ohh my god first time in uae to face such a silly issue in what claimed to be 5 stars hotel) AC is the main element in any room in here! After another 15 min i had to call the reception and highlight my high dissatisfaction that i specifically checked to the hotel to get good sleep before my morning appointment and it is yet mid night and still waiting for them to sort the issue finally they admitted that the AC is broken and offer me to change the mirror room. Another 20 minutes gentlemen came and take me to the new room, which was unfortunately smoking, but at least with a working AC and all what I needed is in a good temperature so I can’t sleep..

Great hotel, very well equiped, staff are friendly and very willing to help. The private beach is nice but the service there was not that good and our bathing suits smelled terrible after getting in the ocean. It has several choices for eating and the food was very good.

Our one-night stay was enjoyable. thank you! my daughters adore the pool. it would be great if you could set up or cover the pool, especially with the heat this summer. to increase the kid's enjoyment. By the way, when we got to the room, I saw that we had only been given one pair of room slippers, even though the reservation had stated that there would 2 adults. i immediately called your reception for three reasons: 1. a pair of extra slippers; 2. extra more coffee (i am a coffee addict, sorry); and 3. the TV wasn't functioning properly. He promised to send someone, and sure enough, he did, but he only fixed the TV. However, no one responded to this minor request until we checked out. I was also a little let down with the bed layout because I had hoped for some sort of decoration or a straightforward towel arrangement. like the dove of a lover. If you're able to visualize it. They made some surprises or made modest arrangements when we celebrated our anniversary in Baku, Azerbaijan, last year and at the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers in 2023. so that it feels like our anniversary. However, thank you, they do send some anniversary cake. by the way, the staff who send us to our room is very nice. he's a role model. Room lighting is over-engineered and poor. Some of the furniture is a bit dated. Staff were great.
