Fantastic stay here at the Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi. Check in service staff were wonderful and very hospitable. Check in was a swift 3 minutes and very pleasant. Our service from Ram was also top notch! He was very helpful! The hotel and rooms are very nice and clean! The photos do not do it justice. It is much nicer in person. The hotel is very nice and very convenient if you have meetings in this area. Breakfast was nice. Beautiful views. I was a bit disappointed by the bed cushions which I found too soft.

Top class !

From check in to check out our stay was simply a fantastic experience. The welcome at check in was smiling and efficient, as were all the services (concierge, restaurant, café, bar, pool, ...) we enjoyed during the 2 days we stayed at the hotel. Comfortable, large and quiet rooms with great views. The bed was a dream. Special mention to the GM who was very friendly and went the extra mile to organise a service for us. Top class !
